I think that your goldfish is pregnant. But to be sure i would first put her into a separate tank so if there are eggs the other fish won't eat it. Then i would check with a local pet store.
References :
Experience.

Well do you know she is a female? Do you have a male? How old is your fish?

Goldfish start to produce eggs from between 3-4 years of age. however size matters. Usually 3-4" as well. You should be able to see the outlines of eggs in her belly. However egg bearing goldfish do not become lethargic they are just as active as they always were. Also if there is a male he would be chasing her around the tank. If there is no male, the eggs will not hatch and should be removed from the tank. There is nothing you need to do to get ready for babies. Small females will lay around 300-500 eggs while larger ones can lay thousands.

If your fish fish is not larger than 3 inches or older than 3 there could be other problems affecting your fish. If she is small or too young, she could become egg bound. If you see her poo becoming clear, her body is trying to reabsorbe the eggs she is carrying. I would watch her closely for the next few days. Be sure the water temps are below 70 and there is pleanty of dissolved oxygen getting into the tank.
References :
I never had a gold fish but have had alot of other kinds of fish. I'm 99% sure that goldfish don't have babies but lay eggs. If they are live bearers its probably just like plattys or guppys where the female's belly just keeps getting bigger and bigger untell you can actually see the little baby fish throug her skin.
If your tying to keep the fry that would be a good time to put the pregnant female in a seperate maternity tank so thay labor don't turn into a feeding frenzy for the other fish
References :
goldfish dont release live young like livebearers.

They are egg scatters, and chances of them breeding in a aquarium is slim. if you want to breed, they will need a group for a mix spawn and something to release their eggs on like a spawning mop.

While goldfish are sexual mature at 1 year old, they are hard to breed in the aquarium unless you can match the conditions they need. But again, your fish is just fat, and they dont release live young.
